It combines a centrally located, absorbent, hydrocellular pad sandwiched between a perforated, silicone, gel adhesive wound contact layer and a highly permeable, waterproof, outer film. The triple-action technology with gel adhesives absorbs, retains and transpires the exudates to provide optimal fluid management.
